Free checkup
The free checkup is a diagnosis only. It does not include repairs, parts or labor. We will explain the problem and give you a quote; no repair work or charge happens without your approval.
On-site service
On-site service is available in the Bronx by appointment. An extra charge applies to on-site visits; the amount is quoted and agreed with you before we travel. The free checkup refers to our in-store diagnosis.
Quotes and pricing
Prices depend on the device, the problem and the parts needed, and are quoted before work begins. Parts you supply yourself are repaired at your own risk regarding part quality.
Your data
We recommend backing up your data before any repair. Repairs and data recovery carry inherent risk, and results cannot be guaranteed in every case.
Warranty
Any warranty on parts or labor will be stated in your quote or receipt.
Independence
We are an independent repair business and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any device manufacturer or software company.

Servicio a domicilio
El servicio a domicilio está disponible en el Bronx con cita. Las visitas a domicilio tienen un cargo extra; el monto se cotiza y se acuerda contigo antes de ir. El chequeo gratis se refiere al diagnóstico en tienda.
